Engaging your customers is always a difficult thing to achieve and we believe you should do this at every point of contact from the first tentative contact to immersing customers in your brand. And we have found the best way to do this is with a  joined up strategy, targeting the right message with the right person when ever they come into contact with your brand. What we mean by this is wherever your customer chooses to interact with you the message you are sending out is constant and tailored to them.
