Managing director and technical wizard, Chris set up helloweb in 2013 after 25 odd years working on design and development projects. His favourite aspect to agency life is the integrated projects where he can collaborate with the rest of the team to create innovative, multi-channel campaigns.
In his free time, you’ll find Chris playing on the Oculus Quest with his family (he’s obsessed, seriously don’t get him started) or in the gym boxing.

Project Manager
Charlotte is an amazing project manager, office coordinator, Mum and most importantly top brew maker. What this lady doesn’t know about design, development and digital isn’t worth knowing. She makes sure we’re all happy whilst guaranteeing whatever we work on is in budget, on time and looks fantastic before it leaves the studio!
Gorgeous baby Theo ties up most of Charlotte’s time outside of the 9-5, but if there’s a babysitter available you’ll find her in the nearest cocktail bar with her husband.

Back End Developer
Amjith steers the ship of our back-end development team, with a wealth of experience across every industry imaginable. He is not only the nicest guy you’ll ever meet but can also solve any website functionality glitch you might throw at him.
Amjith loves to be active, especially bike riding and maintaining his garden where he spends time with his two long haired cats.

Head of Development
Also, in the front-end development team is Alex, who has been with us since day dot. Alex thrives on being thrown in the deep end with complex client requirements, but somehow always manages to make them a reality.
Alex is our in-house thrill seeker, and enjoys getting outside during his screen breaks, hitting the slopes of the Alps, trekking and racing BMW’s.
